Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized Jerseys

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 days.

Back Order Items

Items on back order are items that are manufactured on purchase. Your order will be set to “On Hold” and you will receive shipping information when the item has been shipped. Please give 2-4 weeks for delivery. We are working to limit these items. Email for any questions during the shipping process.

Vaulted Items

Items on in the vault are no longer available for purchase. There is potential for a short-term pre-sale in the future but all good things must come to an end. Sign up for our newsletter to be informed of any product changes.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email for shipping information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
